I’ve been working with Naz Maritime since 2017, after several years of experience working in management companies at first I had the same view as anyone would, i.e just being a part of the mob.

It barely took me 6 months to experience a shift of paradigm, because I wasn’t
working for a company This time, rather I felt that I was part of a family who believed
in growing together.

Capt Connel always goes the extra mile to provide the best possible to each of us ashore as the best a Master would do to his Crew on-board. It feels great to be
associated with a company where seaman works for fellow seaman They give the
very best support of any company that I have ever dealt with.

I am truly amazed at how quickly they always attend to the needs of every employee they have, Dear Naz Maritime team, your wonderful service is what any company should strive towards… and you can quote me on that.

A company’s culture is the character and personality of an organization. It refers to how people interact, collaborate, and get along within the workplace. Though it may sound somewhat ambiguous, company culture is extremely important for many reasons. It attracts talent, increases engagement, and helps ensure employees are happy, productive, and planning to stick around.

I am extremely satiated to be associated with the company since 2012, first as 1AE
and then as a Chief Engr since 2015. I would like to sum up the description of NMS using a few words, transparent, nurturing, motivating, happy, progressive, flexible, innovative, fun, collaborative, relaxing, empathetic, engaging, respectful, trusting and helping.

It has been a very satisfying journey so far and looking forward to be a part of its success for many more years to come.

I have been associated with NMS for over 6 years now, and I couldn’t be more overwhelmed to say that NMS helped me kickstart my journey in the maritime industry. NMS offered cadets like me with opportunities to help us start our career with renowned and well-established associations.

Not only have they been supportive and cooperative, but they also helped me uplift myself with moral and career guidance. I have received support at all times from NMS for career growth and opportunities. They have addressed and acknowledged all of my concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
