RECRUITMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF SHIP PERSONNEL
We recognize the value of a motivated, trained, competent, and responsible crew in compliance with the STCW 95 convention as amended, ISM Code, and company-specific requirements. We ensure adherence to Flag State regulations, MLC 2006, ISO Standards, SOLAS, MARPOL, and OCIMF requirements, including TMSA and SIRE 2.0. Our candidates undergo stringent selection procedures and screenings to verify the effectiveness of mandatory skills specific to the type of vessel. At our clients’ request, we arrange for online competence assessments such as CES and psychometric analyses, including PI and PLI tests. MEDICAL EVALUATION
It is imperative that all crew members are medically certified as per flag state requirements in accordance with ILO standards. Our appointed medical centers across India are approved by the Indian Administration and are periodically audited by our company as well as our P&I representatives. We conduct these audits on a regular basis to ensure continuous compliance and maintain the highest standards of crew health and safety. Seafarers’ incident and sickness claims are handled with great sensitivity and efficiency through smooth coordination with local P&I representatives. Additionally, we provide ongoing health and wellness programs to support our crew members throughout their employment.
SEAFARERS PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT
We facilitate private and group discussions with company-appointed psychologists to analyze seafarers’ coping mechanisms in relation to their job profiles. This support helps them overcome difficulties arising from work pressures. Our psychologists are available 24 hours a day, ready to assist while maintaining strict confidentiality in all aspects. Additionally, we provide regular mental health workshops and stress management training to further support our seafarers’ well-being.
