Our Code of Ethics

Our code of ethics ensures that recruitment, selection, training, and promotion are based solely on merit, ability, and availability. No applicant or employee will be discriminated against on the grounds of gender, race, colour, religion, political opinion, national extraction, social origin, or any inducements received. No means, mechanisms, or practices are permitted that would prevent or deter seafarers from gaining employment.
No fees or other charges for recruitment or providing employment to seafarers are borne directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the seafarers for the purpose of recruitment. The seafarers’ right to privacy and confidentiality shall be maintained while processing recruitment and after placement. This includes the collection, storage, compilation, and communication of data to third parties. We secure all rights of seafarers and protect them through valid contracts of employment and signed articles of agreement.
