training

Creating safe work environments maximizes productivity, which is why we impart training to minimize ‘human factor error’. We focus on practical frameworks that range from basic to advanced levels, selecting the best candidates, encouraging originality and leadership, and creating opportunities for growth. Our training revolves around new technology, innovation, maritime education, and statutory training for officers and ratings. The effectiveness of our training is evaluated through appraisal reports and onboard performance, allowing us to identify crew training requirements. We conduct onboard training at client requests and offer specialized training programs that give us a competitive edge.

CBT (Computer-Based Training)

We offer a comprehensive computer-based training program to upgrade the knowledge and proficiency of our crew in a proactive and positive way. This training is provided both ashore and onboard ships. Crew members ashore can access our training programs from the comfort of their homes at their convenience.

CES (Crew Evaluation System)

Our online Crew Evaluation System uses qualitative and quantitative measures to analyze the progress of our seafarers, identifying the need for further training. Rank-specific trade tests are also carried out at our company-appointed workshops before employment.

Predictive Index Behavioural Assessment

We conduct PI and PLI evaluations that measure the behavioral drives (Dominance, Extraversion, Patience, and Formality) and cognitive abilities of all officers.

STCW Training

Today, regulation in maritime transport is internationalized, standardizing mandatory requirements worldwide. We ensure that our crew members possess the required STCW training certification, in keeping with the latest maritime regulations applicable to their roles onboard.

Non-Statutory Training

To cater to our clients’ needs, we design company-specific courses that provide highly skilled training. The crew acquires personal, tangible techniques that are implemented resourcefully in their professional positions.
